Google Play Developer Policy Requirement: Google Play requires developers to provide a clear, public web path for users to request permanent deletion of their account and associated data. This page satisfies that requirement for Ayuhand.

Two Ways to Permanently Delete Your Account & Health Data

You have complete sovereignty over your data. You may delete your account and all associated medical records at any time using either method below:

Method A (Instant)

Direct In-App Deletion

If you have the Ayuhand mobile application installed on your device:

Open the Ayuhand app on your Android smartphone.
Tap the Profile tab in the bottom navigation bar.
Tap the Settings button inside your Patient Card.
Scroll down to the Danger Zone section.
Tap Delete Account & Vault and enter your Security PIN to confirm.

Result: All on-device SQLite databases, encrypted files, and active session tokens are wiped immediately from your phone.

Method B (Web Portal)

Remote Deletion Request Form

If you have already uninstalled the application or cannot access your phone, submit the secure deletion request form below. Our automated identity verification engine will purge all cloud records within 48 hours.

Google Play Developer Policy Requirement: Submitting this form requests permanent erasure of your Ayuhand account, profile baseline, linked family namespaces, and cloud storage backups. Local data on your physical device must be removed by uninstalling the application.

Primary Reason for Deletion

I understand and confirm that this request is irreversible. Once processed, all my health reports, OPD books, hospital bills, family namespaces, and backup files will be permanently deleted and cannot be recovered.

What Data Is Permanently Purged

When your deletion request is processed:

All Medical Records: Scanned OPD books, lab test images, prescriptions, hospital bills, and insurance cards are permanently deleted.
Patient Identity: Full name, age, gender, blood group, allergies, and unique Ayuhand Health ID (e.g. AYU-2026-XXXXX) are unlinked and purged.
Family Profiles: All linked family namespaces (Mother, Father, Child) under your account are erased.
Cloud Backups: All encrypted delta-sync blobs stored in our AWS Mumbai cloud infrastructure are irreversibly shredded.
Active Sessions: All Doctor QR Pass session tokens and emergency access codes are immediately revoked.

Data Retention Limits

Under Nepal telecommunication and statutory audit guidelines, anonymized transactional server access logs (containing no patient health records or medical images) may be retained for up to 90 days for fraud defense before automated purging.
